If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for a full refund, then please return the item back to me (unused) within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Items exempt from returns are:

-Custom Orders/Personalised Orders.

Damaged items:
If an item has arrived to you broken please let me know within 7 days of receiving it. Please attach a photo of the damage and send it to: '' Also let me know if you would prefer an exchange or a refund on it.

If (for any reason) you need to cancel an order, please send a cancellation request asap (within 24 hours) to ''. Items are shipped between 1-3 days of receiving cleared payment. I will not be able to cancel an order if it has been shipped.

Missing Post:
If your order has not arrived within the time frame stated, then please email me. All my orders are shipped with proof of posting. Please select the 'tracked & signed' method at checkout method if you need a tracking number - as tracking isn't included in the price of standard delivery (as tracking is not free in the UK).
