Delivery:
Items will usually be dispatched within 3 working days after payment has cleared - not including custom orders. Custom orders will range from 1-2 weeks (depending on the order).
Made to Order items (MTO)are shipped within 3-5 working days.
Packaging:
All my Jewellery items will be packaged up in a self seal plastic bag with a backing card
Most of my miniature pieces will also be packaged the same way (unless they are over 2cm in thickness).
Please contact me if you require an order gift wrapped. This can be done at an additional cost.
United Kingdom:
Orders within the UK are shipped with Royal Mail - 1st Class Large - £2.10 (orders up to £24.99) and 1st Class Signed for - £3.80 (£25 and above+). Estimated arrival: 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Worldwide:
The rest of the world are shipped with Royal Mail Standard Airmail - £4.20 (up to £39.99) and Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed £10.70 (£40+). Estimated arrival: 7-21 working days after dispatch.
I currently do not ship to the EU + Northern Ireland.
Update 22nd August 2025: Due to the US Tariffs coming into effect on the 29th, I have suspended shipping to the US (for now). I wouldn't want my customers to be lumped with a large unexpected customs bill. Hopefully more clarity is given soon, so I can continue shipping to my lovely US customers at a later date.
